Operations Lead

We are seeking a mature, highly motivated, and strategic Operations Lead to oversee and streamline our daily operations, ensure efficiency, and provide hands-on technical support with the team when needed. This role is essential in supporting our growth, maintaining operational excellence, and driving innovation and organization in everything we do.

Compensation: $60K + DOE

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: In conjunction with Technical Lead, mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture aligned with TRG’s values.
  • Technical Support:  Act as a point of escalation for technical issues, assisting the team with troubleshooting and resolving complex system, network, and equipment problems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements, implementing best practices to enhance productivity and resource management.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support business growth and expansion.
  • Client & Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and project success.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, cybersecurity standards, and TRG’s internal policies

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within IT services, telecommunications, or government contracting.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of network engineering, RF systems, and cybersecurity practices, with the ability to assist in hands-on troubleshooting and support.
  • Leadership & Maturity: Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional projects, and navigate high-pressure situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities, make strategic decisions, and pivot when necessary to meet evolving business needs
